1. I strive to exceed your expectations for quality cleaning services! I inspect our work before leaving your home. Occasionally and without intention I may miss something. We’re all human & never perfect. (But I do try my best!) If after you return home, you find something wrong, please contact me within 24 hours so the issue can be corrected. Refunds are not offered as I work very hard.
2. I provide all equipment and supplies. Which are eco friendly!
3. I normally work by myself or with 1 other person, please be patient with them, they are most likely training.
2. I understand that there are changes in schedules in our busy lives. In the event that a scheduled cleaning service must be changed or cancelled, I ask that clients notify (2) days in advance. This gives opportunity to fill that spot and keep a full schedule. If a clean is not cancelled or changed within 48 hours, you will be charged a 100$ fee.
3. Full payment is required upon completion of service. If left unpaid through 24 hours, all further cleanings will be cancelled and legal action will be taken.
